We read with interest, the article on 'Etanercept and Methotrexate as Monotherapy or in Combination for Psoriatic Arthritis: Primary Results From a Randomized, Controlled Phase 3 Trial' by Philip J. Mease et al. [1] The failure of the combination group to better outcomes than etanercept monotherapy was a big surprise.
